Job Seekers using the App must adhere to the following code of conductProvide accurate and truthful information in your job applications and profile.Respect employers' application processes and timelines.Treat all job listings and employers with professionalism and respect.Avoid disclosing any confidential or sensitive information about employers.Use the App for legitimate job-seeking purposes only and refrain from any misuse or fraudulent activities.Employers using the App must adhere to the following code of conductProvide accurate and complete information in job listings.Treat job seekers with respect and professionalism.Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when posting job listings.Protect the privacy and confidentiality of job seekers' information.Use the App for legitimate recruitment purposes only and refrain from any misuse or fraudulent activities.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit through the App, including job applications and job listings. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Hustlebean reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Privacy Policy page. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Hustlebean owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUSTLEBEAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP.
Hustlebean may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, these Terms will also terminate.
Hustlebean reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
